Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most items are made to order and typically ship within 3–8 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item’s origin.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the mainland United States.
Q: Do you ship outside the mainland U.S.?
Currently, shipping is available within the mainland United States only. We’re always exploring ways to grow and will share updates as they become available.
Q: Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from trusted U.S.-based production partners. Each item is carefully packed and shipped directly to you.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet—but we plan to! International shipping will be added as our shop continues to grow. Sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest updates.
Products & Quality
Q: Are your products made by hand?
Each design begins as hand-painted artwork by Colee, then is thoughtfully transformed into finished goods through our production partners.
Q: Do your candles or printed products vary slightly?
Because many of our products are made in small batches, subtle variations in color, texture, or scent may occur—part of what makes each one unique.
Q: Will you be expanding your product line?

Order Issues
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email support@coleewilkinson.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. Our production partners will send a replacement right away.
