Free Mainland U.S. Shipping

We’re pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the mainland United States. Each piece is thoughtfully prepared and shipped with care from our studio partners.

If your order includes items from different collections (for example, a candle and a hat), items may ship separately. You’ll receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order items: Some pieces are created especially for you and may take a few extra days before shipping.
  • Delivery time: Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–8 business days.

Please note that processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item and shipping location.

Order Tracking

Tracking is included with every order. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as each package ships, and you can follow its progress through the link provided or from your order status page.

Expedited Shipping

All mainland U.S. orders currently include free standard shipping. Some items may ship more quickly depending on availability and fulfillment location; however, expedited shipping is not guaranteed across all products.

If a faster shipping option is available at checkout, it will appear automatically. Otherwise, your order will ship via our standard service.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they’ve been shipped.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the mainland United States. In the future, we look forward to offering shipping to U.S. expanded regions and international destinations—subscribe to the studio newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.

Multiple Packages

Because many items are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. This ensures each piece travels safely and directly from its maker’s hands to yours.
